Are you ready to start your care home business, get licensed, and receive comprehensive services and support for the entire first year of your business? Receive the assistance and guidance you need to successfully open your home, and receive referrals to placement agents to get your home filled. Important: Due to the vast number of issues we're seeing with both leased and purchased homes,  starting 2/1/23, if you are interested in initial services, please contact us before you lease or close on a home for an evaluation and assessment.*

1. Assistance and support with business development

2. Full Application Assistance & Review, and custom, required documents
Note: We can create a custom emergency floor plan for an additional fee

3. Be prepared for your licensing inspection

4. Work with a marketing specialist to find private-pay residents ($1,200 value)

5. Ongoing coaching for the first year:

• Includes one initial in-person review of resident and facility records (approx. 3 hrs - resident authorization required)
  • Coaching on developing a screening plan and required documentation
• Four months of virtual coaching 
• Full pre-renewal inspection service before your first year renewal ($995 value)

6. Ongoing Training Discounts and Other Benefits for your first year: 

• Receive free Pre-Service Dementia training for your care staff for a year
• Receive a 20% discount on urgent or regular EQC training for your resident manager or administrator. 
• Receive free access to any of our CEU training we offer.
• Receive a free, one-hour consultation with a dementia care specialist ($165 value) 
• Direct referrals to our partners for services such as RN consulting, insurance, CPA/bookkeeping, activities, electronic medical records, and more.

Working with Alyssa is very beneficial to individuals who would like to start a care home. It helps seeing her first because she has so much information and ways to help, including with the paperwork. I’m happy I had the opportunity to find someone to go over my application before I submitted it to DHS. It was very helpful.
