In March 2019, I was in the process of buying a second home and I asked Alyssa to come and inspect the home before purchasing. Working with Alyssa is very beneficial to individuals who would like to start a care home. It helps seeing her first because she has so much information and ways to help, including with the paperwork. I’m happy I had the opportunity to find someone to go over my application before I submitted it to DHS. It was very helpful.

Even with having a home before, having Alyssa look over my [initial] application and do a mock inspection of the home made it a lot easier for me to be prepared for the State licensing inspection. Also, it makes it easier for the licensor and makes the process faster. I was able to get my license in less than four weeks. I really recommend Alyssa, especially for new providers.
